How do I book?
Please call central reservations giving details of your chosen venue, date and if you would like a morning or afternoon appointment.
How long does each treatment take?
Treatment times can vary from each venue, however please remember that the free treatment is a mini treatment and is not intended to be a full treatment.
What will my treatment consist of ?
Treatments will vary from venue to venue and are dependent on the therapist and treatment chosen.
Do I have to pay?
The mini treatment is free of charge any additional treatments will be charged at the venues standard price.
How long is the offer valid for?
The offer validity date will be stated on your covering letter that you received.
Can I choose the venue I would like to go to?
Yes, you may choose any participating venue to visit as long as it's featured in the promotion, we do however ask you to provide us with more than one preference in the case of your first choice venue being unavailable.
Can I contact the venue and book directly with them?
No, all bookings must be made through our central reservations team, any booking or enquiry made directly with the venues will not be honoured.
Do I have to purchase extra treatments?
No, you may however book additional treatments at time of booking, these will be charged at the venues standard rate.
Are there certain days and times when the venues will accept the vouchers?
Yes, each venues listing on the website has the days in which they will take bookings, times will vary depending on the availability of each venue.
Are there restrictions on the dates which I can use my voucher?
The vouchers are not valid on bank holidays, during Easter, Christmas and New Year. Also certain venues have their own restricted dates please see each venues listing for full details.
What will happen if I cancel my appointment?
Cancelled appointments will result in the unique booking code being null and void.
