What is included?
Pressotherapy (30 minutes) followed by Contrast Therapy (45 minutes)
Pressotherapy- Place your legs within boots which use dynamic air compression. These are designed for the following benefits: to increase circulation, help reduce swelling and inflammation, supports lymphatic drainage, ease muscle soreness and recovery, make legs feel lighter and more relaxed, effectively lowers blood lactate levels to reduce muscle fatigue and helps remove toxins and excess fluid.
Contrast Therapy - This involves alternating between hot and cold temperatures to encourage the body's natural healing and recovery processes. This practice is commonly used to enhance circulation, as the rapid temperature changes help stimulate blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients to tissues while supporting recovery.
