Brysk is a Manchester-based wellness and recovery studio that offers a choice of treatments from Whole Body Cryochamber, Lymphatic Drainage Compression Suit or Whole Body Red Light and Compression Boot Taster.
Whole Body Cryochamber: A short, energising full-body cold therapy session in Brysk’s -87°C whole body cryochamber. This invigorating treatment is designed to help the body feel refreshed, recharged and ready to go. Whole body cryotherapy may help ease muscle soreness, support recovery after exercise, reduce feelings of inflammation and leave you feeling more alert. Lymphatic Drainage Compression Suit: A relaxing compression treatment using specialist compression garments that cover the lower two thirds of the body. The suit applies gentle, wave like pressure to support circulation and lymphatic flow, helping the body feel lighter, less sluggish and more comfortable. This treatment can be used for a range of real life benefits, including supporting skin health, easing the effects of long-distance travel, reducing bloating, helping with fluid retention and relieving feelings of heaviness in the legs. Whole Body Red Light + Compression Boot Taster: A powerful recovery and wellness taster combining whole body red light therapy with compression boots to help you look, feel and move better. Whole body red light therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses therapeutic light to support the body at a cellular level. It is often used to help with skin health, natural glow, collagen production, muscle recovery, joint stiffness, inflammation, energy levels and overall wellbeing.
